6. izdanje HOW / Hotel Operations Weekend / Festivala održava se 15.-17. novembra u Fortis Clubu, Falkensteiner Resorta Punta Skala u Petrčanima pored Zadra.
HOW Festival konferencija okuplja direktore hotela, menadžere hotelskih odeljenja te direktore operacija iz cele regije. Glavni cilj konferencije je da prenese trendove u hotelskim operacijama, prezentuje primere dobre prakse te da osigura umrežavanje učesnika, a i ove godine u Petrčanima se očekuje više od 500 učesnika.
U prvom delu programa učesnike očekuju diskusije na sledeće teme: „Shaping the Hospitality Landscape: Exploring Global Trends in Hotel Operations", zatim „Driving Success in Hotel Operations: Perspectives from the Top” gde će saznati koji su najnoviji trenovi u hotelskim operacijama, dok ih u drugom delu programa očekuju paralelne panel diskusije posvećene hotelskim odeljenjima, speed networking te zabavni program: pub quiz i party uz live bend.
